热风炉在工业方面的耗能和排放问题,环保类的热风炉现如今几乎成为每家每户工业生产类的厂家都会选择使用的一款设备.但也有很多人关心这款热能设备的性能问题.下面主要针对此类问题进行以下分析。热风炉厂家发现,目前使用热风炉设备的工业厂家为钢铁类的居多,工业厂家为降低高炉炼铁工序的能耗,建立了包含高炉、炉顶煤气余压回收透平发电装置(TRT)、鼓风机和热风炉在内的高炉炼铁工序优化模型,该优化模型包含了原燃料参数和工艺参数在内的9个优化变量,设定了变量上下限约束、工艺约束、物质和能量平衡约束等31个线性和非线性的约束条件,并利用序列二次规划法(SQP)求解该优化问题。优化结果表明:要使高炉炼铁工序能耗小,应增大煤比、降低焦比、提高鼓风温度和采用高压炉顶操作。同时利用该优化模型和算法,分析了煤比、鼓风湿度、鼓风温度和鼓风富氧率对工序能耗及相应的TRT发电量的影响规律。
The energy consumption and emission of hot stove in industry, environmental protection type of hot stove is now almost every industrial manufacturer will choose to use a device. But there are many people concerned about the performance of this thermal equipment. The following analysis is mainly aimed at this kind of problem. Hot blast furnace manufacturers found that most of the industrial plants using hot blast furnace equipment are iron and steel. In order to reduce the energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking process, industrial manufacturers established an optimization model of blast furnace ironmaking process including blast furnace, top gas residual pressure recovery turbine power generation device (TRT), blower and hot blast stove. The optimization model includes blast furnace, top gas residual pressure recovery turbine power generation device (TRT), blower and hot blast stove. Nine optimization variables including raw fuel parameters and process parameters were set up, including 31 linear and non-linear constraints such as upper and lower limit constraints, process constraints, material and energy balance constraints, and the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) was used to solve the optimization problem. The optimization results show that in order to reduce the energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking process, the coal ratio should be increased, the coke ratio should be reduced, the blast temperature should be increased, and the operation of high pressure furnace top should be adopted. At the same time, using the optimization model and algorithm, the effects of coal ratio, blast temperature, blast oxygen enrichment rate on process energy consumption and corresponding TRT power generation were analyzed. 
针对热风炉助燃风机系统普遍存在的高能耗问题,以某钢铁企业炼铁厂2#高炉热风炉助燃风机为例,先容了变频改造技术和更换高效节能风机技术在该助燃风机中的应用,并对这两种改造技术从运行安全性、节能量、施工便捷性、一次性投入和后期维护角度进行对比分析,结果表明更换高效节能风机技术相对变频改造技术而言更具有优越性,值得推广。
