热风炉在汽车制造业方面近年来使用率达到高峰值,热风炉被广大制造商包括工业行业广泛熟知并应用,主营:燃气热风炉,燃煤燃气热风炉等热能设备.调查发现在众多工业制造生产业中,得到济南钢铁集团总企业的第一反映回馈,说第一炼铁厂热风炉风温较低 ,成为制约高炉技术经济指标提高的瓶颈。为了提高热风炉风温 ,满足高炉高风温生产的需要 ,通过对热风炉进行设备改造、工艺优化及新技术的应用 ,使热风炉风温得到有效提高。
Hot-blast stoves have been widely known and applied by manufacturers, including industrial industries. The main products are gas-fired hot-blast stoves, coal-fired hot-blast stoves and other thermal energy equipment. The survey found that in many industrial manufacturing industries, the first feedback from Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation was obtained. It is said that the low blast temperature of hot blast stove in No. 1 Iron-making Plant has become the bottleneck restricting the improvement of technical and economic indexes of blast furnace. In order to improve the blast temperature of hot blast stove and meet the needs of high blast temperature production of blast furnace, the blast temperature of hot blast stove has been effectively improved by means of equipment modification, process optimization and application of new technologies. 

为优化热风炉设计,建立了热风炉蓄热室内传热过程的数学模型,制作了应用程序App,探讨了不同的格子砖物性参数,如导热系数、比热容和密度等对格子砖温度场分布、气体温度分布以及格子砖蓄热量和放热量的影响。研究结果表明:设计热风炉时要综合考虑各种影响因素对气体和格砖温度分布的影响;格砖的温度梯度沿着径向在逐渐减小,设计热风炉时应选择合适的格砖厚度;增大格砖导热系数和单纯增加格砖的密度和比热容都会导致风温更低也更不稳定,但是只要延长燃烧时间就能充分发挥蓄热室的蓄热容和稳定送风能力;格砖热物性的影响程度随格砖增大而减小。
In order to optimize the design of hot blast stove, the mathematical model of heat transfer process in regenerator of hot blast stove was established, and the application software was made. The effects of different physical parameters of lattice brick, such as thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity and density, on the temperature field distribution of lattice brick, gas temperature distribution, heat storage and heat release of lattice brick were discussed. The results show that the influence of various factors on the temperature distribution of gas and lattice bricks should be considered comprehensively in the design of hot blast stoves; the temperature gradient of lattice bricks decreases gradually along the radial direction, and the appropriate thickness of lattice bricks should be selected in the design of hot blast stoves; increasing the thermal conductivity of lattice bricks and simply increasing the density and specific heat capacity of lattice bricks will lead to lower air temperature. It is also more unstable, but as long as the combustion time is prolonged, the regenerator can give full play to its heat storage capacity and stable air supply capacity, and the influence degree of thermal properties of lattice bricks decreases with the increase of lattice bricks.


同时提高热风温度是增加高炉喷煤、降低成本的主要手段 ,从理论燃烧温度、加热面积、热风炉的合理结构设计和操作 4方面来讨论提高热风温度的途径 ,分析了国内各种燃烧器的优缺点及各种可供选择的热风炉预热方案。同时讨论了烟气和冷风分配技术及消除热应力的方法 ,以便热风炉能达到 12 0 0℃以上风温和 10年以上寿命。
At the same time, increasing hot blast temperature is the main means to increase coal injection and reduce cost. The ways to increase hot blast temperature are discussed from four aspects: theoretical combustion temperature, heating area, reasonable structure design and operation of hot blast stove. The advantages and disadvantages of various domestic burners and various preheating schemes of hot blast stove are analyzed. At the same time, the distribution technology of flue gas and cold air and the method of eliminating thermal stress are discussed, so that the hot blast stove can reach the air temperature above 120C and the service life of more than 10 years.


总结说提高高炉风温不仅直接影响生铁产品的产量和质量,而且是高炉提高煤比(增加喷煤量)和降低燃料比(焦比)的重要措施之一。从热工角度初步分析了高炉热风炉的热工行为;在此基础上,根据热工炉窑3类变量之间的关系,系统分析了热风炉结构参数和操作参数对其出口风温的影响;指出了如何从结构参数和操作参数上提高高炉热风炉风温。
It is concluded that increasing blast furnace temperature not only directly affects the output and quality of pig iron products, but also is one of the important measures for increasing coal ratio (increasing coal injection) and reducing fuel ratio (coke ratio) of blast furnace. The thermal behavior of blast furnace hot blast stove is preliminarily analyzed from the thermotechnical point of view. On this basis, according to the relationship among three kinds of variables, the influence of structure parameters and operation parameters of hot blast stove on its outlet air temperature is systematically analyzed, and how to improve blast furnace hot blast stove air temperature from the structural parameters and operation parameters is pointed out.
