热风炉按照工作原理分可以分哪几类?分别有什么优缺点?

高炉热风炉按工作原理可分为蓄热式和换热式两种: 蓄热式热风炉,按热风炉内部的蓄热体分球式热风炉(简称球炉)和采用格子砖的热风炉,按燃烧方式可以分为顶燃式,内燃式,外燃式等几种,提高热风炉热风温度是高炉强化冶炼的关键技术。如何提高风温,是业内人士长期研究的方向。常用的办法是混烧高热值煤气,或增加热风炉格子砖的换热面积,或改变格子砖的材质、密度,或改变蓄热体的形状(如蓄热球),以及通过种种方法将煤气和助燃空气预热。
According to the working principle, blast furnace can be divided into two types: regenerative hot blast stove and heat exchange hot blast stove. Spherical hot blast stove (abbreviated as spherical furnace) and lattice brick hot blast stove can be divided into top combustion, internal combustion and external combustion according to the combustion mode. Improving the hot blast temperature of hot blast stove is the key technology of intensified smelting of blast furnace. How to improve the wind temperature is a long-term research direction of the industry. The commonly used methods are mixing high calorific value gas, increasing the heat transfer area of lattice brick of hot blast stove, changing the material and density of lattice brick, or changing the shape of regenerator (such as regenerative ball), and preheating gas and combustion-supporting air by various methods.
蓄热式格子砖热风炉是目前现代高炉、尤其是大高炉^常用的热风炉形式。
Regenerative lattice brick hot blast stove is a commonly used hot blast stove in modern blast furnaces, especially in large blast furnaces.
优点:换热温度高、热利用率高、工作风量大,适合于大高炉生产需要。
Advantages: high heat transfer temperature, high heat utilization rate and large air volume, suitable for large blast furnace production needs.
缺点:体积大,占地面积大,购置成本高。
Disadvantage: large volume, large area, high purchase cost. 
换热式热风炉,主是使用使用耐高温换热器为核心部件,此部件不能使用金属材质换热器, 只能使用耐高温陶瓷换热器,高炉煤气在燃烧室内充分燃烧,燃烧后的热空气,经过换热器,把热量换给新鲜的冷空气,可使新鲜空气温度达到1000度以上。
Heat exchanger hot blast stove mainly uses high temperature heat exchanger as its core component. It can not use metal heat exchanger, but high temperature resistant ceramic heat exchanger. Blast furnace gas is fully burned in the combustion chamber. After combustion, hot air can be exchanged for fresh cold air through heat exchanger, which can make the temperature of fresh air reach more than 1000 degrees.
优点:换热温度高,热利用率高,体积小,购置成本低。使用预热炉进行助燃空气预热的现代热风炉。
Advantages: high heat transfer temperature, high heat utilization rate, small volume, low purchase cost. Modern hot blast stove using preheating furnace to preheat combustion-supporting air.
缺点:换热温度没有蓄热式高,使用规模较小。
Disadvantage: Heat transfer temperature is not as high as regenerative type, and the scale of use is small.
