厂家详细解读燃气热风炉的结构及原理

燃气热风炉的结构组成燃气工业热风炉也分为间接式及直接式,但间接式多为外置燃烧机型,但一般外置型是可以更换其它燃料的,也分为移动式及固定式,移动式一般都是小型机器,固定式一般都是大型设备,大家先来从下面这个图例大至了解一下它的结构。可以看出,这款机型主要由燃烧室、燃烧器、感应系统、点火系统、电机、控制系统、安全阀门组件等。把它们全部进行组装在一起,就变成了一款完美的工业热风炉。

The structure of gas hot-blast stove is divided into indirect type and direct type, but indirect type is mostly external burner type, but general external type can replace other fuels, also divided into mobile type and fixed type. Mobile type is generally small machine, fixed type is generally large equipment. Let's first understand its structure from the following illustration. It can be seen that this model mainly consists of combustion chamber, burner, induction system, ignition system, motor, control system, safety valve components, etc. By assembling them all together, they become a perfect industrial hot stove.

Because there is no smoke exhaust system, they do not install heat exchangers, but even so, their thermal efficiency has reached an astonishing 100%, the conversion efficiency of indirect models is generally about 90%. The combustion chamber is made of 310 austenitic stainless steel with high temperature resistance, which can work well in the internal high temperature environment for a long time, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and strong oxidation resistance. Because of their high standard and high performance, it can ensure the long-term safe operation of industrial hot blast stoves.

燃烧器相对于燃油机型要稍微复杂一些,它们的喷嘴通常比较大,上面布满了密密麻麻的小孔,当有气体流通过来,它们无需很高的供应压力,直接就可以依靠气体自身压力从喷嘴流出,经过点火针,达到燃点,点火完成,然后将燃气转换为热量,向外输送。

Burners are slightly more complex than fuel engines. Their nozzles are usually large and covered with dense small holes. When gas flows through, they can directly flow out of the nozzle through the ignition needle without high supply pressure. The ignition is completed through the ignition needle, and then the gas is converted into heat, which is conveyed outward.

感应系统一般有高温过热感应及火焰状态感应,它们其实是一套非常棒的安全系统,没有它们是无法保证设备的正常安全运转的。当机器点火后,火焰感应开始工作,当它感知到火焰就会向安全阀输送命令,继续供应燃气,当它感应到火焰熄灭它就会向安全阀输送命领停止供应燃气,防止燃气泄漏。而高温过热保护是当它感知到内部环境工作温度如果超过预设温度值,就会通知安全阀,停止供应燃气,但风机会继续工作,当风机把内部高温进行散热后,再通知机组进行点火等工作,从而保证工业热风炉的安全动作。

Induction systems generally have high temperature and superheat induction and flame state induction, they are actually a very good safety system, without which the normal and safe operation of the equipment can not be guaranteed. When the machine is ignited, the flame induction starts to work. When it senses the flame, it will send orders to the safety valve to continue supplying gas. When it senses the flame extinguishing, it will send the life collar to stop supplying gas to the safety valve to prevent gas leakage. High temperature overheating protection is when it perceives that the working temperature of the internal environment exceeds the preset temperature value, it will notify the safety valve to stop supplying gas, but the fan will continue to work. When the fan heat dissipates the internal high temperature, it will notify the unit to ignite and other work, so as to ensure the safe operation of the industrial hot stove.

点火系统则是由点火变压器及点火针组成,当风扇工作后,控制系统通知点火变压器工作,经由点火针持续放电,产生火花,当可燃气体通过喷嘴流出就会被迅速点着。安全阀则是由一套电磁系统组成,通电后可以让气体流通,断电后可以阻断气体流通。

The ignition system is composed of ignition transformer and ignition needle. When the fan works, the control system notifies the ignition transformer to work. The ignition needle continuously discharges to generate sparks. When the combustible gas flows out through the nozzle, it will be ignited quickly. Safety valve is composed of a set of electromagnetic system, which can let the gas flow after power-on, and can block the gas flow after power-off.
