Centrifugal fan is a complex equipment, mainly composed of air inlet, air valve, impeller, motor and air outlet. Under different conditions, the effect of centrifugal fans is also different. Therefore, different parts of the operation do not agree, the effect of centrifugal fans will be affected. The centrifugal fan can be debugged to the best condition.
1, the centrifugal fan allows full pressure starting or depressurization, but it should be noted that the current of the full pressure starting is about 5-7 times the rated current, the starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, and when the capacity of the power grid is insufficient, the step-down start should be adopted.
2, when the centrifugal fan is in trial, we should carefully read the product instructions and check whether the wiring method is in accordance with the wiring diagram; it should be carefully checked whether the working voltage of the supply fan power is in conformity with the requirements, whether the power supply is missing or the same phase, and whether the capacity of the components of the electrical appliance is in conformity with the requirements.
3, the number of people in the test is not less than two people, one person controls the power supply, one observes the operation of the fan, and finds out the abnormal phenomenon immediately. First check whether the rotation direction is correct; after the centrifugal fan starts running, it should immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced, whether the current is more than the rated current; if there is abnormal current, it should be abnormal now. The image should be checked out. After running for five minutes, check if there is any abnormal phenomenon in the fan, confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon, then turn on the machine.
4, when the double speed centrifugal fan is in test, the low speed should be started first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; when the fan is started at high speed, it must be restarted after the blower is still, in order to prevent the high speed reverse rotation and cause the switch trip and the motor damage.
5. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, it is necessary to measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the running current of the centrifugal fan can not exceed its rated current. If the running current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supply voltage is normal.
6. The power required by the centrifugal fan is the power required for the centrifugal fan and the fan box when the inlet is fully opened under certain conditions. If the inlet is fully opened for operation, the motor is in danger of damage. When the fan is in test, it is better to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan. After the operation, the valve is gradually opened to reach the required condition, and should pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
